This is a visualization platform within tOS where users, such as urban planners and environmental engineers, can access and analyze temperature data, create tailored strategies for urban heat mitigation, and gain detailed insights on temperature dynamics. It is designed to be incredibly user-friendly such that it can be used by anyone interested in deriving tailored and effective urban temperature intelligence strategies.

The Temperature API is an application programming interface (API) that allows external applications to access and interact with the tOS. It enables developers to integrate FortyGuard’s urban temperature data and analytics into their own platforms, facilitating customized solutions for temperature intelligence.

The Temperature Twin is a layer of urban heat data that can be overlaid on existing city or outdoor infrastructure virtual models. This provides a visual representation and deeper understanding of how urban heat affects environments historically, in real-time, or predictably into the future. Users can simulate and project heat impact across various design models, helping optimize city planning, operations, and policy-making. It is useful not only for city and urban design but also for sectors such as data centers, industrial complexes, and residential or commercial buildings globally.

Dashboard subscription includes the ability to create and view heatmaps, generate analytics, and access insights for one selected state.

Users can upgrade from the monthly to lump sum payment structure with a 20% discount on the remaining months within the subscription cycle. Downgrading is not allowed until the annual subscription cycle finishes. Subscriptions to additional states can be done at any time.

Access to the dashboard is retained until the end of the subscription period, and credits remain available for future use upon renewal.

The chosen state will be renewed every 3 months, and can be changed then.

Payments are processed via Stripe which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other popular payment methods.

Users are billed monthly or annually, depending on their selected payment plan.
